We’re excited to introduce our 3D body scanner, Styku – a cutting-edge technology that lets us get a detailed look at what’s happening inside your body. Unlike traditional scales or body measurements, the Styku scanner uses advanced imaging technology to create a 3D model of your body. This allows us to track key metrics such as body fat percentage, lean mass, and bone density, giving us a much more accurate picture of your overall health and fitness.

TTF fitness is extraordinary. I don't write many reviews but had to write this one.

Just being honest, I am an overweight woman at 66, with many injuries including both knees and a frozen shoulder. I have worked with 4 trainers in the past. I either had no real results and quit or they caused more injuries and I had to quit.

I have been working out with Turk (who has injuries himself); we did stretching for a month before I ever lifted a single weight. Unlike other trainers - he listens and then asks questions and makes adjustments based on my level of pain. He is funny, super positive, ultra smart about the body and a genuine person who cares about results without injuries. I truly appreciate the time and care he takes when training. Turk makes me want to work harder.

I am seeing success after about 7 weeks. My shoulder is mobile; and I can move my arm. My knees don't hurt as bad. And I can feel my strength growing.

Thank you TTF - all the people are great!! It's a non-judgemental gym, which I appreciate because - I don't look like a ballerina when I exercise!!

I have been training at TTP fitness for 6 months now, working with Ryan. TTP is a great gym - a friendly environment where Turk and the trainers have created a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is valued and engaged with, no matter their goals and stage of their fitness journey. Working with Ryan has been a great experience, he is patient, listens and is empathetic as well as knowing where and how to push you to achieve what he knows you can achieve, vs what you think you can! He takes a personal interest in you and your story to get to know you but also to tailor your workouts and plan to perfectly suit what you are looking to achieve, your lifestyle, your schedule and abilities. His approach couldn't be further from the 'one size fits all' training that you often find with personal trainers in gyms. Lots of strength training which is challenging but rewarding, and lots of variety across the sessions. What I also appreciate is that at the heart of Ryan's approach is a desire to see people change mentally and emotionally, not just physically - something that is reflected through the TTP ethos and makes the place so unique. I would 100% recommend training with Ryan and joining the family at TTP!

What's the best way to get started?

During your trial you'll meet our instructors, mingle with our awesome community, and train harder than you ever thought possible. Only then can you decide if this Fitness Gym is right for you.

How long does it take to see results?

Be patient. Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even in 30 days, you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.

Do you provide free refreshments there?

We have water for purchase only.

Do I have to be fit to join?

No. Our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you.. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

What sets you apart from other gyms in the area?

TTP Fitness aims to be a one-stop shop for all your fitness goal needs. From providing the best training equipment, Nutrition planning, and preparing meals so you don't spend too much time or fail to do them yourself.

How often should I come?

2-4 classes a week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so at the beginning, you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.

Do I get the chance to meet new friends?

Yes. We like to organize our classes in small groups. Small group settings allow you to make new friends that might share the same interest(s) as you!

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods?

Do enjoy special indulgences and meals. It’s a lifestyle, but it has to be manageable and realistic for the long-term. Luckily, the healthier you eat, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
