Our nutrition coaching program includes weekly check-ins, unlimited text access to your coach, progress tracking with photos, meal prep solutions, and even grocery and eating-out guides.

24/7 GYM ACCESS MEMBERSHIP

Finding a gym you like that isn’t constantly crowded is hard. We’ve been there before, and that’s why we offer a select number of 24/7 access passes so you can workout whenever fits your schedule. At TTP Fitness, you’ll never experience long lines for your next machine, dirty spaces, or broken equipment. Instead, you’ll have constant access to state-of-the-art cardio and weight equipment so you’ll always have access to the equipment you want.

WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

If weight loss is your goal, we’ve got the tools to help. We combine our personalized 1-on-1 training with expert nutrition coaching and our cutting-edge 3D body scanner, Styku. With this technology, we can assess body fat percentages, lean mass, bone density, and other measurements far more accurately to develop a holistic view of your health, as well as monitor your progress with precision with regular scans throughout your journey.

We offer more than just 1-on-1 coaching and on-you-own workouts! Check out our energizing workout classes for an engaging, motivating atmosphere that gets your heart pumping.

BOOTCAMPS

For a whole-body workout that challenges you on multiple levels, check out our bootcamp classes! Over the course of the 60-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class, you’ll burn fat, build strength, improve endurance, and optimize your overall health. Bootcamp classes revolve around “heavy to you” customized resistance training, timed exercises, workout stations, and “As Many Reps As Possible” (AMRAP) pushes for maximized results. One of our expert trainers guides every class with motivation, guidance, and personalized tips.

BOXING

High energy and fun, our boxing classes workout your whole body! These classes are perfect for participants of all experience levels looking to learn a new fitness skill. You’ll learn proper form and technique while the class trainer works you through different combinations of footwork and strikes to keep the class fresh and interesting.

Don’t let meal prep intimidate you — we have a solution! In addition to our nutrition coaching options, TTP Fitness offers a meal prep service that removes the pressure and guesswork out of your meals. Gone are the days when “eating healthy” means restricting yourself to bland and repetitive meals. Our TTP Fitness Lifestyle Meals feature a huge variety of delicious meal options prepared fresh twice a week by a knowledgeable chef. You can choose to order one meal at a time, meal packs, or a weekly subscription of ready-to-enjoy meals delivered to your Bethany home or available for pickup from our gym.

  1. Begin by heading south on NW Bethany Blvd and cross over US 26
  2. Turn left onto NW Cornell Rd
  3. Immediately use the right two lanes to turn right onto NW 158th Ave
  4. After about two miles, use the left two lanes to turn left onto SW Jenkins Rd
  5. In about a mile, turn right onto SW Murray Blvd
  6. Before the bridge, turn right onto SW Terman Rd and follow the curve to the left
  7. Turn right onto SW Shannon Pl/SW 141st Ave
  8. Turn right and TTP Fitness will be on the left.
