TTP Fitness was founded by Turk Fickling and has grown to be a place where people from all walks of life come to achieve their personal fitness goals. We have developed routines for when life gets in the way of your health and fitness goals. If your clothes no longer fit, you find it hard to move how you want, or you are recovering from a life change such as an injury, we can help you sustainably realize your goals and live, look, and feel the way you want. It doesn’t matter if your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat, feel better, or return to where you were before surgery or injury. We work with residents of Hillsboro and the surrounding area, combining one-on-one training, meal planning, group classes, and more to keep you moving on your fitness journey.

WHAT TTP FITNESS OFFERS

1-ON-1 TRAINING

Everyone has an opinion when it comes to health and fitness — finding the right workouts or advice for you can be challenging. Our team of professional personal trainers is here to help cut down on the noise. They’ll work with you to create a fitness and nutrition plan specifically tailored to your goals, experience, and body. During your sessions, you’ll have their undivided attention as you work through exercises, as well as the accountability and education that comes with their expertise. Together, you and your trainer will design a custom workout and nutrition plan so you can meet your goals with minimal disruption to your life. You’ll also create a schedule that meets your needs, with options to meet once, twice, or a custom amount every week.

NUTRITION COACHING

Exercise alone isn’t enough to achieve your goals. Your diet plays a huge role in your overall health and TTP Fitness is here to make proper nutrition easy. We go beyond counting calories and help balance your macronutrients while ensuring your food is still delicious and filling. Our nutrition coaching program includes weekly check-ins, progress tracking through photos, unlimited text access to our specialists, meal prep solutions, tailored grocery lists, and even dining out guides.

24/7 GYM ACCESS MEMBERSHIP

Public gyms come with a lot of drawbacks that can impact your motivation to workout — broken equipment, long waits for machines, poorly maintained spaces, and more all make it harder to achieve your goals. At TTP Fitness, we offer a limited number of 24/7 access passes so you can keep your workout going without the crowded gym to worry about. Our gym includes top-of-the-line cardio and weight equipment, so you always have access to the next piece of equipment you need.

WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

Losing weight is challenging on your own. TTP Fitness is here to help with our combination of services and cutting-edge technology. We use a 3D Body Scanner, Styku, to accurately assess your body fat percentage, lean mass, and bone density. With this scan and its data, we can create a personalized plan to meet your goals through 1-on-1 training, nutrition coaching, and Lifestyle meal options. Regular scans throughout your journey will also help accurately track your progress and adjust your plan as needed.

CLASSES

We don’t just offer 1-on-1 or on-your-own workouts! Our energizing group classes get your heart pumping in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Bring a friend and get motivated with our workout classes.

BOOTCAMPS

Bootcamp sessions include 60 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) designed to burn fat, build strength, improve endurance, and enhance your overall health. These classes focus on “heavy to you” resistance training and include timed exercises, workout stations, and “As Many Reps As Possible” (AMRAP) to get you sweating. One of our licensed trainers leads every session to provide motivation, tips, and guidance throughout the class.

BOXING

With our boxing classes, you’ll not only get a challenging workout but also add a new skill to your fitness toolkit. These classes are perfect for participants of all experience levels and include the guidance of an enthusiastic trainer who will ensure you learn proper technique and form while exploring various combinations of footwork and strikes to challenge yourself.

The TTP Fitness Lifestyle Meal Plan

In addition to our nutrition coaching, TTP Fitness also offers a meal prep service that takes the time and guesswork out of your meals. Too many people assume that to lose weight, they have to give up their favorite foods and instead settle for bland and boring meals. Our TTP Lifestyle Meals challenge that! Freshly made by a trained chef twice a week, our meals include a wide variety of meal options that help you hit your macros while enjoying delicious flavors. Depending on your preferences, you can choose to order one meal at a time, meal packs, or a weekly subscription of ready-to-enjoy meals that either get delivered to you or picked up at our gym.

A post office bearing the name Cedar Mill opened in 1874, after the sawmill on Cedar Mill Creek which cut and processed Western Redcedars.
