Bootcamp, Boxing, & Mobility Classes
Our three fitness classes offer something for everyone! In addition to new ways to build strength and endurance, our classes combine the energy and encouragement that only come from a supportive community. You’ll join one of our highly skilled fitness trainers and others with similar fitness goals as you switch up your workout routine.

Bootcamp Classes
In our bootcamp classes, you’ll test your limits and see how far you can truly go! We focus on resistance training and AM-RAP (as many rounds as possible) intervals to challenge you with a mix of cardio and strength exercises. Plus, you’ll tackle it all in a supportive group setting! We’ve found the camaraderie in bootcamp classes to be unparalleled, with everyone encouraging each other to push through challenges and go further. Soon enough, you’re not just working out — you’re making friends.
Looking to spice up your workouts? Variety is core to our bootcamp classes, so you’re always faced with an engaging new challenge. Our trainers are constantly looking for new ways to push everyone’s personal abilities, helping you build strength, endurance, and confidence while having a blast. Boxing Classes

Every 60-minute session combines high-energy punching drills, footwork, and conditioning exercises for a fantastic cardio and whole-body workout. Mobility Classes
