I went to a big box gym for years, but I was never satisfied with the experience. Not only was it difficult to find a personal trainer willing to do early morning sessions (~5:30 or 6 am), but I found myself doing the same routine and getting the same results. When I found Susy and TTP Fitness 18 months ago, I knew it was time for a change.

Susy is a knowledgeable trainer who is also a pleasure to work with. She develops workouts to meet my goals, and quickly adapts exercises to better target a particular muscle group or account for an injury. Plus, the amazing community of TTP trainers and clients make exercising fun.

What's the best way to get started?

During your trial you'll meet our instructors, mingle with our awesome community, and train harder than you ever thought possible. Only then can you decide if this Fitness Gym is right for you.

How long does it take to see results?

Be patient. Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even in 30 days, you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.

Do you provide free refreshments there?

We have water for purchase only.

Do I have to be fit to join?

No. Our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you.. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

What sets you apart from other gyms in the area?

TTP Fitness aims to be a one-stop shop for all your fitness goal needs. From providing the best training equipment, Nutrition planning, and preparing meals so you don't spend too much time or fail to do them yourself.

How often should I come?

2-4 classes a week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so at the beginning, you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.

Do I get the chance to meet new friends?

Yes. We like to organize our classes in small groups. Small group settings allow you to make new friends that might share the same interest(s) as you!

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods?

Do enjoy special indulgences and meals. It’s a lifestyle, but it has to be manageable and realistic for the long-term. Luckily, the healthier you eat, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
