Frequently Asked Questions About Our 3D Body Scans

What is a 3D body scan and how does it work?
Our scanner uses infrared imaging to create a full 3D model of your body. It measures things like fat percentage, lean muscle, and posture without needing to pinch or poke.
Is the scan safe and does it take long?
Yes, it’s completely safe and non-invasive. The whole scan takes less than a minute and you’ll have your results ready to go right after.
What kind of results will I see?
You’ll get a full breakdown of your body composition, including fat mass, lean muscle, and measurements. We also track progress over time so you can see real changes.
How often should I get scanned?
We recommend scanning every 4 weeks. It’s a great way to track your progress and make sure your training and nutrition plan are working for you.
Do I need to be a gym member to get a scan?
Not at all. Scans are available to everyone, whether you train with us or not. You can book a one-off scan or include it as part of your program.
