This has been a long time coming. I went to TTP fitness almost 1.5-2 years ago but hadn’t got a chance to review them. Liam was my trainer, who understood my abilities & planned our routine based on that. It was always fun being trained under Liam. He also helped me with my diet (plan). Liam was flexible with timings & accommodated accordingly. They also had boxing sessions for free. Loved my time at TTP fitness.

I started in September 2024 with Rick and I can say confidently that I’m healthier both physically and mentally due to the time spent with him at TTP fitness.
I have never had a physical trainer before, I think intimidated and self-conscious certainly described how I was feeling when I started.

TTP is 100% worth the investment! Rick has been my personal trainer since July 2024, along with a personalized nutrition plan by Turk and an occasional Saturday boot camp class by Nadia. The best of the best. I have successfully lost 35 pounds and feel stronger than I have in several years!
I had been battling with not being able to stick to a consistent plan and not feeling like myself (2 kids under 2 years will do that to ya), but I finally made the choice to invest in myself, and it has been so worth it. Rick helps keeps me accountable and is flexible and available for any questions and concerns I have.

I trained with Susy and love her! I showed up with long Covid symptoms and no endurance and she gently helped me get myself back together over several months. I was afraid of getting hurt but Susy supported my form, increased the weights, and varied the exercises perfectly. Plus, she had me laughing the whole time and looking forward to our sessions. Most importantly, I felt like she cared and had my back. The gym is low-key and most people there are working with a trainer so it's never too busy. Turk sets a great tone. If you're looking to get back into shape, or to take it to the next level if you're already going strong, I highly recommend Susy. Amazing lady!

Suzy is an amazing trainer! She does a great job understanding your goals and pushes you to reach them. She provides really helpful feedback on your form or technique and finds ways to help you improve and succeed.
This was my first time working with a personal trainer and I could not have a better experience! Suzy helped me feel comfortable with all the new gym equipment and easily found a pace that pushes but doesn't overwhelm me. I've worked with Suzy for 4 months and I've already seen improvements in my strength, endurance and muscle definition. I look forward to going to the gym now and it's largely due to Suzy's great attitude and support of my strength training journey. I went to a big box gym for years, but I was never satisfied with the experience. Not only was it difficult to find a personal trainer willing to do early morning sessions (~5:30 or 6 am), but I found myself doing the same routine and getting the same results. When I found Susy and TTP Fitness 18 months ago, I knew it was time for a change. Thanks to Susy’s direction and support from the great TTP Fitness family - I’ve lost over 30 pounds. Training at TTP was truly a great experience on all levels. From the moment I inquired about the possibility of training til I finished my 4-month series of training - I was met with extreme professionalism and courtesy. The staff and Turk truly treat their clients like family, and empower them to meet their goals while working out and beyond. The thing I truly appreciated was that they are a BIPOC owned studio and have a diverse staff of trainers from all backgrounds and identities. I trained for a 6 months with TTP Fitness and the majority of that was with Vince! It was a humbling experience and I felt pushed to my limits every single day. He really pushes you to achieve your best and won’t let you have any excuses. When I had pain or any injuries Vince adjusted the exercises to fit my needs. If I could go back and live in the area again, I would definitely sign up for TTP Fitness again and ask for Vince to be my trainer.

I have trained with Ryan for almost 6 months and can't say enough good things about him. My goals for strength training to support martial arts have been met and exceeded with Ryan's guidance. Ryan pushes me to pass self-limiting mindsets and has an excellent intuitive sense of what I need to work on, while always being collaborative and supportive of my goals and my general health. Ryan & Turk are the best of the best in the personal training industry, I have been trained by a handful of other gyms and have never had the level of service that I've gotten at TTP Fitness. They truly care about you and your goals and will set you up on an amazing customized workout plan to help you get there. I have been training with TTP for a few months now and it has been one of the best changes to my life I have made.
The folks at TTP are all super kind and helpful. I trained with Ryan and it's always a blast when we workout. He pushes me every session to the max. The other people there like Nick and Turk are all friendly and encouraging.
The meal plan they offer is also very good, I ate their meals for about a month or so and it helped me get a sense of what I could eat and how much, nowadays I cook my own meals.

I did my research and found the right fit! Spoke to Nick and he reeled me in. TTP has been amazing. Working with Susy has been a life changing experience. She is fantastic. In my first month I’ve lost 14 lbs and lost 9 lbs of body fat! I’ve been trying to loose weight for years!!! Tried everything. I’m learning a lot. Susy has been a great motivator. About a year ago I realized it was time to take fitness seriously and started looking for a trainer. After finding Ryan at TTP fitness I can say my life has completely changed.
