Do I have to be fit to start personal training?

How often do I meet with my trainer?
You can choose one, two, or three sessions per week depending on your goals and availability. We’ll help you pick the right plan.
What’s the difference between 1-on-1 and semi-private training?
1-on-1 training is fully personalised attention. Semi-private gives you the same expert coaching in a small group of 2–4 for added energy and motivation.
Will I get help with my nutrition too?
Yes. All training programs include nutrition coaching and macro-based meal planning so you can fuel your results properly outside the gym.
What types of fitness classes do you offer?

What kind of meals are available?

Do I have to be a gym member to order meals?

What exactly is a 3D body scan?
It’s a quick and easy way to get a full view of your body’s current condition. We scan your posture, muscle balance, body fat percentage, and measurements to track real progress over time.
How long does the scan take?
The scan itself takes just a couple of minutes. You’ll step into the scanner, and it does the work while you stand still.
Is the scan included in other services?
Yes, it’s part of your free intro session and included with most of our coaching and training programs. You can also request it anytime you want to check your progress.
How often should I do a scan?
Most members scan once a month to stay on track and see how their body is changing. It’s a great way to keep motivated.
Will someone explain my scan results?
Absolutely. Your trainer will sit down with you, explain the data in simple terms, and help you understand how it fits into your fitness goals.
When is the gym open and staffed?
Members have 24-hour access every day. Staff hours change throughout the week, so give us a call or check Google for the latest schedule.
Do you have showers and lockers?
We do. You’ll find clean facilities and space to store your things. Just remember to bring a towel and any toiletries you like.
Can I bring a guest with me?
