Our classes are led by experienced trainers passionate about boxing and dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. During our boxing classes, you’ll learn proper form and technique using equipment such as the heavy bag, hook bag, and mitts. You’ll also learn different combinations and footwork to challenge your body and mind and help you build strength, speed, and endurance.

Following our boot camp class, our boxing classes occur every Saturday at 10 am. This means you can get a complete workout combining cardio, strength, and conditioning in one session. The class is designed to be fun and engaging, so you’ll feel motivated to push yourself to the limit.

We also offer one-on-one boxing lessons with our trainers if you want a more personalized approach. This allows you to focus on specific areas of your training that you’d like to improve and get tailored feedback and guidance from our experienced trainers. We’ll work with you to create a training plan tailored to your goals and needs so that you can get the most out of your boxing training.
