Frequently Asked Questions About Our One on One Personal Training

What happens during the free session?
You’ll meet with a coach for an in-person session that includes a movement assessment, 3D body scan, and a chat about your goals. It’s all about finding the right fit.
Do I need to be fit to start personal training?
Not at all. We train people at all levels, from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. Your program is designed for where you're at right now.
How often should I do 1-on-1 training?
We offer flexible options—once, twice, or three times per week. It depends on your goals, schedule, and how much support you want.
Is nutrition included with personal training?
Yes. All personal training clients get custom nutrition support, including a personal meal plan, shopping list, dining-out guide, and more.
How soon will I start seeing results?
Most clients notice better energy, strength, and body composition within a few weeks. Real change happens fast when you’re consistent and supported.
