Whether you bring your own crew or we match you with a group of 2–4 like-minded members, you’ll still receive personalised attention and structured support in every session—just with the added energy of team training.

Each session is led by a dedicated coach who knows your goals, understands your fitness level, and adjusts your plan as you progress. You’ll follow a training program tailored to your needs, but with the added boost of accountability from both your coach and your training group. How many people are in each semi-private group?
We keep groups small—just 2 to 4 people. That means you still get personalised coaching, attention to form, and a training plan that suits your goals.
Do I need to bring my own group?
Nope! You can bring your friends if you like, or we’ll match you with others at a similar fitness level and schedule.
How is this different from a group fitness class?
Semi-private training offers a customised workout for each person, guided by a coach. You’re not following a generic program—you’re training your way, just not alone.
Is this a good option for beginners?
Absolutely. Semi-private sessions are beginner-friendly. Your coach will meet you where you’re at and guide you with the same care as in 1-on-1 training.
