I trained with Susy and love her! I showed up with long Covid symptoms and no endurance and she gently helped me get myself back together over several months. Frequently Asked Questions About Our Group Fitness Classes

What types of fitness classes do you offer?
We offer a mix of high-intensity bootcamps, boxing conditioning, and mobility-focused classes. Every session is led by an experienced trainer and designed to work for all fitness levels.
Do I need to be fit to join a class?
Not at all. Our workout classes are designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you're brand new or getting back into it, we offer modifications and support throughout every session.
How many people are in each class?
We keep our classes small so you get personal attention and coaching. You’re not just a number in the room—you’re part of a team.
Are fitness classes included in my membership?
Yes. Unlimited classes are included in our All Access Membership and Starter Pack. Gym Access members can also add classes—just ask us how.
How do I book a class or try one for free?
You can book online, over the phone, or stop by the gym. We also offer a free trial class so you can experience the vibe before committing.
