Frequently Asked Questions About Our Boxing Classes
Do I need any boxing experience to join?
Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and every session is designed to help you learn proper technique at your own pace.
What if I’m not very fit yet?
No problem! Many of our members start to get fit by doing boxing. Our coaches provide modifications so you can ease into it safely.
Do I need to bring gloves or equipment?
If you have gloves and wraps, bring them. If not, we have loan gear available for your first few sessions.
What should I wear to class?
Comfortable workout clothes, runners, and a sweat towel. Bring a water bottle — you’ll need it!
Is this class suitable if I want to compete?
Yes. While most attend for fitness, we also cater to those who want to take boxing more seriously — speak to your coach about next steps.
