I’ve been training with Ryan for a while now, and it’s been great having a trainer to ease back into working out since the pandemic. Ryan creates workouts that are efficient and effective, while also establishing a routine that’s sustainable. His sessions are never boring, and while he is encouraging and patient he definitely pushes me to become better. Ryan works really hard to make sure everyone is reaching their goals, and is really knowledgeable so he can adapt the workouts to your specific needs and accommodations. It’s always a tough but fun time training with him, and if you stick to the plan and workouts you will definitely see results. As a gym TTP is a very welcoming community, and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Ryan is an amazing trainer that truly cares for his clients, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to start the journey!

Fundamentals, that’s the key!!! Strong emphasis on each and every movement, be it a overhead press or even a bear crawl. But most importantly for me, once you walk into this gym you get the 360 degree experience, not only do you get world class coaches for weight training but the ability to view the other aspects of fitness in a one stop shop is a killer. Nutrition (ah those yummy TTP meals) personal coaching (beyond just wait lifting, the one on one connection) The body scan tools to give you meaningful tracking of the progress you are making & most motivating is the well bonded community. Love this place and the awesome coaches. If you are looking a place to achieve your fitness goals, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!!!

I have trained with Ryan for almost 6 months and can't say enough good things about him. My goals for strength training to support martial arts have been met and exceeded with Ryan's guidance. Ryan pushes me to pass self-limiting mindsets and has an excellent intuitive sense of what I need to work on, while always being collaborative and supportive of my goals and my general health. Ryan also brings his own life experience in struggling with meeting fitness goals and he understands the ups and downs of the journey very well. I have become stronger and more confident with Ryan's excellent training style.

I have been training with TTP for a few months now and it has been one of the best changes to my life I have made.The folks at TTP are all super kind and helpful. I trained with Ryan and it's always a blast when we workout. He pushes me every session to the max. The other people there like Nick and Turk are all friendly and encouraging.The meal plan they offer is also very good, I ate their meals for about a month or so and it helped me get a sense of what I could eat and how much, nowadays I cook my own meals.

TTP Fitness was recommended by a friend, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ryan is a wonderful, motivating trainer, supportive and great at building not just your body but also work ethic and accountability. My son has been working with him for 6 months, and the change is remarkable. I have been training with them for just over two months now and I have seen the quickest and biggest results in these two months than I have ever before, all while eating more food. “As someone who’s remained quite active, I reached an idle point of what I could accomplish alone. I connected w/ Turk to better understand certain workout routines which would help me increase muscle mass but not compromise a lean shape. As we continued to workout, I added a suite of different exercise routines to what I did in the past and appreciated the workout ethic we developed.

The most difficult aspect was how to incorporate a vegan diet into the routine, not because of protein limitations but excessive carbohydrate intake in whatever macronutrients I consumed. This was an area Turk and I bounced ideas on and it was nice to learn what he’s studied.”
