TTP Fitness was founded by Turk Fickling and has grown to be a place where people from all walks of life come to achieve their personal fitness goals. We have developed routines for when life gets in the way of your health and fitness goals. If your clothes no longer fit, you find it hard to move how you want, or you are recovering from a life change such as an injury, we can help you sustainably realize your goals and live, look, and feel the way you want. It doesn’t matter if your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat, feel better, or return to where you were before surgery or injury. We work with residents of Hillsboro and the surrounding area, combining one-on-one training, meal planning, group classes, and more to keep you moving on your fitness journey.

WHAT TTP FITNESS OFFERS

1-ON-1 TRAINING

Our personal trainers will act as a guiding hand for your fitness transformation. With one-on-one training, you’ll have the full attention of a trainer and the accountability that comes with it. You can choose to have sessions when it works for you and your trainer, including once, twice, or a custom amount per week. You’ll work directly with your trainer to devise a custom workout plan to meet your goals, including personal meal plan guidance such as dining out guides or grocery lists.

NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition is an essential part of your fitness journey; you can’t out-train a bad diet. We always say, “Abs are made in the kitchen,” and proper nutrition means more than just eating under a certain number of calories. We’ll help you determine your ideal macro targets and keep you on track to lose fat, gain muscle, or just feel great. Our nutrition coaching includes weekly check-ins, measurement, photo tracking, unlimited text access with our specialists, and more.

24/7 GYM ACCESS MEMBERSHIP

It’s hard to be motivated to get your workout in when going to the gym means long waits for machines or substandard equipment. TTP Fitness offers a limited number of 24/7 gym access passes so you can access cardio and weight equipment without the crowds. Our gym is clean, private, and has a wide range of equipment as well as shower access.

WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

When your goal for working with TTP Fitness is weight loss, we create a plan to help you meet it. Our weight loss program combines our 1-on-1 training, nutrition coaching, and Lifestyle meal plan to make your transformation a reality. We also utilize our 3D body scanner to get a model of body fat percentages, lean mass, bone density, and more, giving an in-depth look at how your body changes over time.

CLASSES

The camaraderie of a challenging workout just can’t be beaten. Join your neighbors from Hillsboro and beyond for classes that get your heart rate up.

BOOTCAMPS

Our Bootcamp classes are limited in size and 60 minutes. They are about getting moving with high interval intermittent (HIIT) conditioning including “heavy to you” resistance workouts, not dozens of deadlifts. Bootcamp workouts will involve timed intervals, stations, and AM-RAP (as many rounds as possible) workouts, all in a motivating group setting with a trainer on hand for advice.

BOXING

Learn a new skill while getting a challenging workout with our boxing classes! Suitable for beginners and professionals alike, you’ll get a unique hour of fitness with a passionate trainer. We will ensure you learn proper form and technique while gaining access to different equipment types.

The TTP Fitness Lifestyle Meal Plan

One of the most challenging parts about eating to hit your macros is meal prep. It can be easy to slip into bad habits when you are too busy or can’t find meal solutions that hit your macros while still tasting good. TTP Fitness has a solution with our TTP Lifestyle Meals, rotating locally prepared meals with variety, fantastic taste, and macro balance. Our meals are made fresh twice a week and can be picked up at our gym or delivered to your Hillsboro residence.
